Edelweiss offers direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member in a part-time model for the first time

Starting in March 2025, Edelweiss will offer the opportunity for direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member on a part-time contract for the first time. This attractive working model allows for a workload of between 60% and 90%.
The prerequisite for direct entry as a Senior Cabin Crew Member is at least two years of flight experience, including at least one year as a Senior Cabin Crew Member. After the first two months of full-time work, you will be reduced to your preferred daily schedule. Places in the basic courses will be available from March 2025. Training begins with the basic course followed by introductory flights as a Cabin Crew Member on the route. Starting in the fourth month of employment, you will be trained to become a Senior Cabin Crew Member, initially on short-haul flights and then on long-haul flights.
