Jens Fehlinger new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Edelweiss

The Annual General Meeting of Edelweiss Air AG has appointed Jens Fehlinger as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jens Fehlinger is Chief Executive Officer of the sister company Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS). He will assume his new role retroactively to October 1, 2024.

Fehlinger succeeds Dieter Vranckx, who was appointed to the Executive Board of the Lufthansa Group effective July 1, 2024.

Heike Birlenbach and Karl Ulrich Garnadt continue to serve on the Edelweiss Board of Directors.
