Edelweiss offers direct entry as a Cabin Crew Member in a part-time model

Part-time work is trending and also a requirement for cabin crew members. Therefore, Edelweiss now offers the opportunity for direct entry as a cabin crew member on a part-time contract. A workload of between 90% and 40% is possible. At least two years of flight experience as a cabin crew member is required. After the first two months of full-time work (initial course and introductory flights), you will be reduced to your desired daily schedule. Places in the basic courses will be available from April 2024. Assignments are possible on both short- and long-haul routes. This represents a first for Edelweiss in the Swiss airline industry.
