Edelweiss continues to build on its reputation as a customer-focused and innovative leisure airline: Effective immediately, in cooperation with Flying Bag, it offers all guests flying through Zurich Airport convenient baggage pickup from their homes or a Swiss hotel. In addition to baggage transport to the airport, baggage drop-off and safe delivery to any Edelweiss destination are also guaranteed.
The advantages are obvious: no lugging luggage when arriving at the airport and no unnecessarily long waits at the baggage drop-off point. Passengers choose the pickup time slot the day before or even on the day of the flight and hand over their luggage to the driver. These trips can also be CO2-offset.
Offer also for the journey home
The service not only includes baggage collection in Switzerland, but can also be booked for a return journey. Passengers check in their baggage at their destination as usual. In Zurich, Flying Bag collects the baggage from the claim carousel and transports it to the desired destination in Switzerland. This allows for a convenient, baggage-free return journey.
