Edelweiss is hiring 150 new cabin crew members and expanding its fleet with two Airbus A320s starting in summer 2022

Edelweiss is hiring 150 new cabin crew members. The first Initial Training Course has already begun. Places are still available for the courses in March, April, May, and June. Upon joining, applicants must have successfully completed basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, etc.) and possess a customer-focused attitude, exceptional service skills, a passion for people, and a high level of warmth and empathy.

Two additional Airbus A320s in summer 2022
Edelweiss is expanding its fleet with two Airbus A320 aircraft. The aircraft will be used for short- and medium-haul flights from Zurich starting in summer 2022. This brings Edelweiss' fleet to 16 aircraft (12 Airbus A320s and four Airbus A340s).

The fleet expansion and the recruitment of new cabin crew members are linked to the expansion of the flight program for summer 2022. The number of short- and medium-haul flights was increased by 16% compared to summer 2021, while the long-haul program represents an increase of 185%.
