Edelweiss flies to the Maldives again

Starting September 26, Edelweiss will once again fly directly from Zurich to Malé in the Maldives. This brings the number of long-haul destinations available in the fall and winter schedule to four: Punta Cana, the Seychelles, and Cancún.

With the Maldives, Edelweiss is expanding its offerings for the upcoming fall holidays with another destination. They are a must for all lovers of vibrant underwater worlds. The countless reefs are home to colorful fish, reef sharks, whale sharks, turtles, and manta rays. Starting September 26, Edelweiss will once again offer twice-weekly direct flights from Zurich to Malé.

"Over 1,200 islands in the Indian Ocean with their crystal-clear waters offer divers and snorkelers a breathtaking backdrop. Almost nowhere else is there as much privacy as on the many beautiful, small islands," says Patrick Heymann, Chief Commercial Officer of Edelweiss.

The connection can be booked at flyedelweiss.com and through all usual sales channels.

Should renewed entry restrictions require an adjustment to the flight schedule, this will be communicated promptly. To ensure that you can still plan your trip with confidence, Edelweiss continues to guarantee flexible and free rebooking options.
