Edelweiss flies to Cape Town again
Starting November 25, Edelweiss will once again fly once a week directly from Zurich to Cape Town, South Africa. This brings the total number of long-haul destinations available in the fall and winter schedule to five.
Cape Town, at the foot of Table Mountain and bordering the Atlantic Ocean, enjoys a spectacular location. Surrounded by the picturesque Cape Region and not far from the famous Cape of Good Hope, Cape Town is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities and natural spectacles. Starting November 25, Edelweiss will once again fly directly from Zurich to Cape Town once a week.

As of October 19, there are no longer any entry restrictions for travelers from Switzerland to South Africa. There is also currently no quarantine requirement for travelers returning from Cape Town. The connection is now bookable at flyedelweiss.com and through all usual sales channels.
Edelweiss also currently flies long-haul flights from Zurich directly to Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Mahé (Seychelles), Malé (Maldives) and Cancún (Mexico).
