Edelweiss flies to Bari for the first time

Edelweiss celebrated its maiden flight to Bari, Italy, this Friday. The event was marked with the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Andreas Meier, Head of Corporate Communications at Edelweiss, and Rolf Hancock, Vice President of Aviation Development at Zurich Airport, joined the crew in cutting the ribbon. Andreas Meier commented: "We are delighted that with Bari we can expand our offerings in Italy with a beautiful and fascinating holiday destination. Bari offers something for every taste. Dreamy beaches to linger on, historic buildings to admire, and street art to discover."
Edelweiss flies from Zurich to Bari every Friday and Saturday – and also on Wednesday during peak travel season.
