Change in the Board of Directors of Edelweiss

The Annual General Meeting of Edelweiss Air AG has appointed Thomas Klühr as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. Thomas Klühr is Chief Executive Officer of the sister company Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) and has been a member of the Edelweiss Board of Directors since February 2016. He will assume his new role on January 1, 2018.

The current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Karl Ulrich Garnadt, will remain a member of the Board. Josef Felder will continue to serve as a member of the Edelweiss Board of Directors.
